All items are handmade and hand-painted by me in my studio with food safe ceramic materials in small batches.
If your piece has gold luster on it, do not microwave!
Shipping
Shipping is done with eco-conscious practices. When packing orders I use recyclable, biodegradable, or reused packing materials. Packing peanuts are biodegradable (put them in water and watch them dissolve, itβs kind of satisfying), and the bubble wrap alternative used is a honeycomb kraft paper that is recyclable.
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (international shipping is available). Orders will ship within 3 business days. Custom orders usually take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the order.
Returns
All sales are final. I am a one woman operation, and cannot absorb the cost of lost or stolen packages. If you would like signature required shipping, please email me erikachristineceramics@gmail.com after your order is placed. Thank you understanding.
